I’m getting sick of reading things like this. Is it fashionable to shred an entire group due to bad PR from several individuals? What you’re dealing with is the fundamentalist fringe of an otherwise multifaceted political party. Yes, unfortunately the past 10 years or so have created a bit of a conservative ideological monster, but that doesn’t mean we need to act like 12 year old mean girls who generalize and debase an entire voting block’s affiliation. 

No, I am not Republican. Not that it should matter. Nor do I agree with most of the things I hear coming from the Boehners and McConnells of the House and Senate, but you know what that anger makes me want to do? Educate myself.

I want to know all the possible facts I can acquire and assemble them into such a cogent argument against what they have to say that I’ll fucking eviscerate them with logic - with Reason: the best offense and defense you can possibly have. 

So for god’s sake, don’t just resort to calling an entire political party “stupid.” It really is just an insult to your own intelligence.
